How to apply labels to assets

How to create a new Label

Individual assets

  1. Open your Knowledge panel through the sidebar

  2. Click on the + icon under the Asset column

  3. Browse the existing labels you have created and click on the checkbox beside any label you want to apply to your asset

  4. Labels will be automatically applied to the asset

🚀 Pro-Tip: You can search for existing labels using the search bar in the Label selector

Multiple assets

  1. Open your Knowledge panel through the sidebar

  2. Select one or more assets by ticking the checkbox next to each Asset Name

  3. Click on Change Labels

  4. Browse the existing labels you have created and click on the checkbox beside any label you want to apply to your assets

  5. Click Apply changes

ℹ️ Labels that are applied to all selected assets will be automatically selected in the Bulk change labels dropdown
