Basic filtering

Step 1: Access the label filter

  1. Click the Filter icon in the top toolbar of the Knowledge panel.

  2. Select Add a label from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Select your filtering labels

  1. Choose one or more labels from the dropdown list.

  2. Observe how your selected labels appear in the active filter bar.

The filtering options that appear depend on how many labels you select:

With 1 label selected:

  • Include: Show only items with this label

  • Exclude: Hide items with this label

With 2 or more labels selected:

  • Include all of: Show assets that have all selected labels

  • Include any of: Show assets that have at least one of the selected labels

  • Exclude if all: Hide assets that have all selected labels

  • Exclude if any of: Hide assets that have at least one of the selected labels

Advanced filtering
