Create new Collections

Creating a Collection is about defining a useful subset of your Knowledge, then saving it for future use. You can create a view from Labels, from manually selected Assets, or from a combination of both.

Method 1

Filter first, then save as view

This approach works best when you're exploring your data and discover a useful filter combination.

  1. Open your Knowledge panel

  2. Apply your desired filters using the label filtering options.

  3. Save your filtered view by clicking Save as Collection.

  4. Name your Collection by entering a descriptive name in the text field.

  5. Confirm creation by pressing Enter/Return on your keyboard or by clicking Create Collection.

  6. Verify the new Collection appears at the top of your knowledge panel.

Method 2

Create new Collection first, then filter

  1. Open your Knowledge panel

  2. Click on New Collection at the top of your Knowledge Panel

  3. Name your Collection by entering a descriptive name in the text field.

  4. Apply your filters using the label filtering options to define your data subset.

  5. Confirm creation by pressing Enter/Return on your keyboard or by clicking Create Collection.

  6. Verify the new Collection appears at the top of your knowledge panel.
