CC’ing on an email

You can CC Noise.bot on any email you send. This is useful when you want Storytell to track the conversation or answer questions without breaking your flow.

How it works

When Noise.bot is CC’d on an email, it receives the whole message and attachments. You can follow up by asking questions about that email, and Storytell will reply directly.

Steps

  1. Compose a new email or reply to an existing thread.

  2. Add [email protected] in the CC field.

  3. Send the email as usual.

Noise.bot will process the email in the background. You can then forward or reply to it with specific questions if needed.

Example uses

  • CC Noise.bot when sending a research file to your team, then ask: “Create a one-page summary for me.”

  • CC Noise.bot on a vendor email, then ask: “What are the key contract terms?”
