• A Storytell account ( Sign up for a Storytell account and get 10,000 credits for free)

• Payment method (credit or debit card)

• Decision on monthly vs. annual billing (annual saves 2 months)

Access the pricing page

You can manage your billing preferences and upgrade options from the pricing page. There are several ways to get there:

Option 1: From the home page

1. Click Pricing in the upper-left corner of the app.

2. You’ll land on the Subscription page, where you can view, refill, or upgrade your plan.

Option 2: From the credit counter

1. Hover over your current credit balance at the prompt input bar.

2. Click Manage or Top up in the popup that appears.

Purchase Go Pro subscription

1. Go to the Storytell Pricing page.

2. Under Go Pro, click Subscribe

3. You’ll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.

4. Enter your payment details and confirm your purchase.

5. Once payment is confirmed, your credits will be added to your Storytell account.

Take note:

• All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

• Changes to your plan take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

• If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your plan benefits until the end of your billing period.
