BCC’ing on an email

You can BCC Noise.bot when you want Storytell to receive the email without others seeing it.

How it works

When Noise.bot is BCC’d, it receives the email but other recipients do not know it was included. This is useful when you want private insights from a shared email thread.

Steps

  1. Compose a new email or reply to an existing thread.

  2. Add [email protected] in the BCC field.

  3. Send the email as usual.

Noise.bot will analyze the message and reply only to you.

Example uses

  • BCC Noise.bot on a partner negotiation thread and ask: “What are the open issues here?”

  • BCC Noise.bot on a customer support email and ask: “Summarize the customer’s main concern.”
