Report Errors, Get Up To 5,000 Extra Credits

We always appreciate users who help us improve Storytell. That’s why we’ll load your account with 1,000 extra credits for reporting errors to us.

if you see this error dialog box, just click the “email us to report the error” link:

And if, while you’re at it, you tell us how you’d like us to also improve Storytell, we’ll load your account up with 5,000 credits. Just fill in the “Tell us here!” section in the email:

You can email support@Storytell.ai when you encounter an error. To qualify for the extra credits, just give us the specific error you’re experiencing. If you use the email form that’s pre-populated from the error, the error details will already be in the email.

We'll load your account up with the credits once for each unique error you experience, and we always reserve the right to use our discretion in applying these credits to avoid abuse by any set of users — if for any reason we can’t provide them, we’ll give you the reason why so you’re aware for the future.
