How to create a new Label

Learn how to create new labels and customize them with colors, icons, and descriptions to better organize your assets.

Before you start, read:

Method 1: Create a Label from the Knowledge Panel

  1. Open your Knowledge panel through the sidebar

  2. Click on the + icon under the Asset you want to label

  3. In the Label selector that appears, click on + Create a new Label

  4. In the "Create a new Label" modal that appears:

    • Enter a name for your label in the Name field

    • Select a color and icon for your label

    • (Optional) Add a description in the Description field

  5. Once you're satisfied with your label's name, description, color, and icon, click the + Create Label button

💡 The newly created label will be automatically applied to the current asset when using this method.

Method 2: Create a Label while managing multiple assets

  1. Open your Knowledge panel through the sidebar

  2. Select one or more assets by ticking the checkbox next to each Asset

  3. Click on Change Labels

  4. In the Label selector that appears, click on + Create a new Label

  5. In the "Create a new Label" modal that appears:

    • Enter a name for your label in the Name field

    • Select a color and icon for your label

    • (Optional) Add a description in the Description field

  6. Once you're satisfied with your label's name, description, color, and icon, click the + Create Label button
