Overview

The help widget in Storytell gives you access to the complete documentation, right inside the platform. You can search for any topic and view full, detailed guides—no need to switch tabs unless you want to.

How to Access Documentation

When you open the widget, you’ll see two ways to get to our help content:

• Learn how to use Storytell
  Click this link on the main screen to open the full documentation site in a new tab.

• Help tab
  Click the third tab labeled Help to search and view guides inside the widget.

How to Search for Guides

1. Click the support icon in the lower-right corner of Storytell

2. Select the Help tab

3. Type in a keyword or phrase (like “upload files” or “Concepts”)

4. You’ll see a list of related guides

5. Click on a result to expand the widget and read the full article

Each guide includes step-by-step instructions, screenshots where helpful, and clear explanations so you can move forward with confidence.
