Forwarding an email

Forwarding emails to Noise.bot is the fastest way to bring information into Storytell. You can send a single email or one with large attachments, and Noise.bot will reply with an analysis or answer to your question.

How it works

When you forward an email to [email protected], the entire message, including attachments, is passed into Storytell. You can add a question in the body of your forward if you want specific insights, or leave it blank and get a summary.

Steps

  1. Open the email you want to forward.

  2. Click Forward in your email client.

  3. Enter [email protected] in the “To” field.

  4. Optionally, add a prompt or question in the body of the forward.

  5. Send the email.

You’ll receive a reply in your inbox with Storytell’s response.

Example uses

  • Forward a client email and ask: “List the action items here.”

  • Forward a spreadsheet attachment and ask: “Summarize the key insights.”

  • Forward a long thread and ask: “What decisions were made?”
