Overview

The support button in the bottom-right corner of Storytell opens a widget that lets you:

  • Talk to the support team

  • Search the Help Center

  • View recent product updates

  • Submit feedback or report bugs

  • Schedule an enterprise demo

It’s designed to keep you in your workflow as much as possible, though some actions like submitting feedback will open in a new tab.

Where to Find It

You’ll see the support icon in the lower-right corner of every page in Storytell. It’s always there, so you can reach out anytime.

How It Works

Clicking the icon opens a small panel with the following options:

  • Send us a message: Start a live chat with our team

  • Search articles: Look up guides and help docs without leaving your screen

  • Give feedback: Submit feature requests or bug reports (opens in a new tab)

  • Changelog: See the latest features and improvements

  • Request a demo: Book time with our team to learn how Storytell works for enterprise use

You can open the widget anytime—even in the middle of a prompt or while reviewing results.
