Overview

You can send feedback or report bugs by clicking Send us feedback in the help widget. This opens a dedicated page where you can explore the current roadmap, see what others are asking for, and add your own ideas.

You’ll be able to:

  • View Storytell’s product roadmap

  • Upvote requests or bugs from other users

  • Comment to add more context or examples

  • Post your own feedback, ideas, or reports

You can also message the support team directly in the widget if you'd rather keep the conversation private.

How to submit feedback or a feature request

  1. Click the support icon in the lower-right corner

  2. Select Send us feedback (fourth option on the main screen)

  3. This opens a new tab: go.storytell.ai/feedback

  4. Click the Share how you’d like to use Storytell button

  5. Add a title, describe your idea or need, and include any details that help (screenshots, links, etc.)

  6. Click Submit post

Your post will appear publicly on the board so other users can find and upvote it too.

How to report a bug

  1. In the same feedback page, look at the Boards section on the left

  2. Click Bug reports

  3. Select Report a bug

  4. Fill in the title and detailed description of what happened

  5. Add your email address so we can follow up if needed

  6. Choose a category from the dropdown list. If you don’t see a match, select Other

  7. Click Submit post

The more detail you share, the easier it is for our team to reproduce and fix the issue.

Why This Helps

When you post feedback or bug reports here:

  • Our product team sees it directly

  • Other users can support the idea by upvoting or commenting

  • It helps us prioritize the things that matter most

  • It creates a space where users can help each other by surfacing shared needs

You’re also welcome to send feedback or report bugs through the chat function in the widget. We’ll still track it on our end.
