How to Upload Files
You can upload files in any of the following ways:
Click the paperclip icon on the bottom left of the prompt bar.

Hover over the Upload button just below the prompt bar, then click to open your file browser.

Drag and drop files directly from your computer into the chat interface.

Storytell supports a wide range of file types. View the full list of supported formats: Supported File Types and Formats
What Happens Next
Once you’ve added the file(s):
You’ll see them added to the top section of the prompt bar — this is where Storytell shows which files are currently in scope for your chat.

These files will stay visible throughout the conversation so you can always tell:
Which assets you’re chatting with.
Where Storytell is pulling answers from.
You can upload multiple files, and each one will be consistently shown above the prompt bar as part of your current context.
If you want to remove a file from the chat scope, just click the “×” button next to the file name and it will no longer be included as a reference in your conversation.
