Overview
You can copy assets from your current project to any other project you have access to. When you copy an asset, it creates a duplicate in the destination project while the original remains in your current project.
This allows you to reuse and share resources across multiple projects without removing them from their original location.
How to copy assets to another project
To copy one or more assets to a different project:
Open your Project Knowledge
Select the asset(s) you want to copy
Click the copy or share button to open the Copy Assets dialog
Review the list of Available Projects that displays your accessible projects with descriptions
Select the destination project from the list by clicking the checkbox next to the project name
Click Copy Assets (or Copy 1 Asset for single items) to complete the duplication
After copying
Once the copy operation completes, you'll see a success confirmation dialog with two options:
Yes, Go to Project - Navigate directly to the destination project to view your copied assets
No, Stay Here - Remain on your current page and continue working
The confirmation message displays how many assets were successfully copied and the name of the destination project.
